she was gone

This morning as I was getting out the house to go to the store I saw a girl walking down the street wearing a black sweater. As I was driving away from my house I was watching her in the rear view mirror it looked like she was up to something because she kept looking all around but I was not sure. When I got to the next corner I turned around and drove back to our house looking for the girl but I could not see her anymore. I do not know where she went, I drove right back but she was gone. Maybe she rode in another car or she went to the other side of the street. But I was looking on the other street but she was not there. I do not know where she went maybe she was hiding behind the trees in the neighbor.
