This afternoon we ate lunch at a Chinese buffet and I ate a lot of food. I almost could not walk because my stomach was full. When we got back home I lay down on our couch and fall asleep. I felt very tired and did not want to get up. When I woke up it was night time so I cleaned up the house and went to the store for groceries. I had a good nap today but I do not plan to go back to the Chinese buffet. I could not keep myself from eating too much. I cannot control myself when it comes to Chinese food it is my favorite.
