Do it online

Every time I send money to my family in the Philippines I always do it online. Sending money online for me is very quick I do not have to go to the store or go to the bank to send money. But last week I wanted to send money to my sister here online but the transfer fees cost too much. I tried to use my bank account but they said I could not use. It made me upset but I could not do anything about it. I called their customer service but they could not do anything about my problem. So this morning I went to the bank and opened a new account. I spent a lot of time there and finally open one. I can use this account for sending money. I always use Xoom.com I hope next this time there will be no more problems with my account.
