Never Heard

Yesterday my friend was calling me all the time on my cell phone and our home phone but I never heard the phone ringing. When I checked my cell phone there was a couple of miss calls and when I looked for our house phone I could not find it. I was listening for the ringing and I found the phone under in the couch. I do not know who was using our phone maybe my son because he like to put the phone every where. No wonder I could not hear the ring from it because it was under the couch. So I called my friend and told her what was wrong with our phone. It is a good thing that my daughters do not know how to dial the phone yet if they did then I will be in trouble.
