Since I arrived here in Texas I have not seen any chickens in the neighborhood not like in the Philippines every where you look you will see chickens and hear them every morning and at night. Not to mention that they taste good when you make a chicken soup from that chicken. Not until when we went to the Dallas Arboretum and saw these roaster. My husband said that when you live in the country you have chicken like these in your yard.
