Busy Morning

Today is Monday and I am off from work. I got up before seven o'clock in the morning and took the children to school. Before eight thirty I went to the gym for an hour of spin and afterwards I went to the grocery store. I like to exercise early in the morning because I do not have to think about it until the end of the day. I get crazy when I cannot exercise. I wanted to run on the treadmill, but I had no enough time to spare. I needed to go see my friend at the hospital. I will run tomorrow when I get a chance.
