I am working at the fitness center and three times a
week there are yoga class at the fitness room. Sometimes there are few people
attend the class, but sometimes there are a lot that fill up the small room.
Yoga class always use the yoga brick and sometimes when there are a lot of
people there is not enough brick to use. Before I never even know what is yoga
brick or block and how they use it. I never do yoga so I really have no idea. I
think they use the yoga brick for
balancing and achieve certain poses.
