It is Saturday morning here now and I am already
awake. I got up around six ‘clock and fixed myself a cup of coffee with a piece
of peanut butter sandwich. That’s my favorite breakfast. I think every morning I
eat peanut butter sandwich and sometimes at night too. Peanut butter is so good
and it is good for you because it has protein on it that will last for a few
hours before you get hungry again. In a few minutes I will get ready to go to
the gym and exercise. It is nice to start the day at the gym and get sweat. I
will take the spin class that start at eight thirty. I cannot wait.
