I just came home from the gym and I am so tired. I supposed not to work out today, but I changed my mind. I like the feeling after I exercise and I feel like I accomplish something in my life. I did a short work out tonight for forty five minutes. I usually do an hour to an hour and thirty minutes work out. I was just exhausted today from all the things that are going on right now. I forced myself to go to the gym tonight even though; it was a little bit late for me already, but it helps. I hope I can sleep well tonight, and feel better when I wake up tomorrow.
