I am confused right now if I go to the gym to exercise or just stay home and take a nap. Yesterday I went there and exercised for an hour and it felt good. There is nothing good right after you exercise but lately I feel lazy and tired. I do not know what is wrong with me. I used to like going to the gym almost everyday and now I cannot take my butt off from the couch. I think my New Year resolution is different. I just like to stay home and watch TV or stay on my computer. I need to fight my laziness and take time to exercise. I just like to get fit and healthy. If I cannot go to the gym today I will make sure to go tomorrow, but I will see if I can do it tonight. I really like to exercise.
