traffic this morning

Yesterday my manager asked me if I could work today to baby sit members children. I really did not want to because it was my day off but I could not say no. I had to drive for thirty minutes to get to there only to work for two hours it was not worth to drive but I can not say no to her. I went to work this morning and I was supposed to be there at nine in the morning but because of the traffic I arrived at work at 9:40am. It was too bad I lost almost an hours pay already. I never thought that the traffic would be so bad at eight in the morning. I always go to work so early so I had no idea about the traffic. When I drive to work there is almost no car on the roads.
