lots of junk

We have a lot of junk here in our house and I would like to clean up our house and throw some of the junk but my husband says no. Most of the junk are his and he said they are not junk but his personal stuff. I can see his stuff all over the house and even in our kitchen cabinets. Sometimes I can see screws, plastic cord covers, drills and it makes me mad. I wish he put them all in the garage. When he is looking for something and he can not find it he gets crazy. I think most of the men do not know how to organize their stuff.
