Pandesal


Every Sunday there are people in the church selling food after the service. Last Sunday I saw a woman selling Pandesal, I miss eating this bread so I asked the woman how much she said $4.00 for a dozen. I bought a dozen for me I still have some of it now. I cannot eat them all. I wish I know how to make Pandesal.

  1. I also like pandesal. I buy the frozen dough from the grocery, thaw it out. Then cut it into pandesal size then roll it in bread crumbs. Bake in 350F until golden brown. Instant pandesal. :o)

  2. Oh my goodness, when we lived in California, we used to stop by a bakery by our house after church every sunday to buy a dozen pandesal. I can almost taste it now, it is so good.
