This is the pancit noodles that my friend Gaga cooked for her son’s birthday last week. I never had a chance to take some home with me; we eat it all so nothing was left for me to take home. I was thinking about cooking this today for my lunch if I have the time. Later I will go to store to pick up milk for my daughters.

Pancit
