Like to have a garden

I would like to have these red pepper in my garden

I plan to make a garden in our back yard but I do not know how to start or if I will have time to do it. I also want to plant flowers in our front yard to make our yard look good but I do not know when. I am always busy here at home but I would like to have plants in our yard. I asked my husband to do that for me and he said he will try. I am not really good at gardening but since my son is older now I know that he would like to plant a garden. Hopefully in the next few days weeks we can start my garden.
